2. Files

Sharing

2.1 All sharing, redistribution, or unauthorized transfer of product files to third parties is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Products are intended solely for the buyer’s personal use unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Modifications

2.3 Purchased product files must not be modified or accessed in any way unnecessary for normal use.
2.4 Any technical manipulation, such as file extraction or alteration, is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the product details.

3. Buyer Responsibility for Purchased Products

3.1 The buyer is responsible for securing and managing their purchased digital products.
3.2 If a buyer’s purchased products are distributed without authorization, we reserve the right to contact the buyer and may take appropriate actions to resolve the issue.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

4.1 Violation of these Terms of Service may result in suspending or terminating the user’s account, including access to previously purchased products.
4.2 In cases of Terms of Service violation, we reserve the right to share identifiable information about the user with law enforcement authorities.

5. Refund and Return Policy

5.1 As our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided.
5.2 Refunds may be issued solely in cases of system errors that prevent the use of a product. Obvious technical errors will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and a refund may be granted if deemed justified.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We are not responsible for any consequences arising from using our products in a service or platform where their use is not permitted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that using our products in any third-party service complies with that service’s policies and terms of use.

7. Amendments to Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. However, we will notify users of any significant changes at least 7 days prior to their effective date. Notifications will be sent via email and announced in our official Discord server.
